Halloween Costume Contest & Party at 5 p.m. on Oct. 31 at Cole Funeral Chapel in conjunction with this trunk or treat event.
Chelsea High School Key Club & Kiwanis Club of Chelsea will partner for a Halloween Costume Contest with cider and donuts in the parking lot of Cole Funeral Chapel, 214 E Middle St.
All are welcome.
