Publisher’s message: Thank you readers one and all

File photo of my cherished painting by Sue Craig who perfectly captured both dog’s expressions. Impish Buzz and sweet Ryan.

When it’s said that Chelsea is a special community, it’s so, so true.

During the last few very frosty days, I’ve lost count of the number of readers who have called me or emailed me to make sure that I was OK.

Not just me, but Buzz and Ryan, too, asking if we needed anything.  Some of these folks I know personally; others I do not. But all of them contacted me just to make sure I was OK.

How amazing is that?

To one and all who took the time to think about me during this very cold stretch of weather, I am truly, truly grateful.

We live in such an amazing community — one none of us should ever take for granted.

While I’m saying thank you, I’d also like to take a moment to acknowledge the folks who supported my efforts with Chelsea Update by making a donation recently as well.

They are:

  • Edward Comeau
  • Vicki and Robert Rodriguez
  • John Dunn
  • Linda Meloche
  • Tom Lewis
  • Mary and Jim Randolph
  • Sharewords
  • Wendy Broshar
  • John Budinger

And, if anyone else would like to make a donation of any amount, here’s how. Please understands that these donations are non tax-deductible, but they are very much appreciated. I encourage you to send a check in any amount made out to Chelsea Update and mail it to 18829 Bush Road, Chelsea, MI 48118 or you can donate through Paypal.
