In this week’s Chelsea Police blotter, the Michigan State Police and the Ingham County Sheriff’s Department each picked up men wanted by city police on outstanding warrants. In addition, a woman reported her car window was smashed and a factory installed touchscreen radio/GPS unit was stolen.
