Registration is now open for Chelsea Community Kitchen’s annual Kids Cooking Camp for children grades first-sixth.

This year’s theme is “Cooking Around the U.S.A” and teacher Judy Radant will lead sessions featuring healthy foods from different parts of the country.  As always, each day will include practicing kitchen safety, keeping food clean (sanitation), cooking techniques, clean-up and following directions.

Half day sessions will be offered for grades 1-3 and grades 4-6 the week of July 20-24, at $25 per daily session. Register for one day or all five days. For those who need full-day care, a half-day option for Camp Gabika is available.

More details can be found by clicking here or here.

In addition, CCK is looking at the possibility of adding summer or after-school programs for middle schoolers. If you are interested in this, please email the group [email protected].
