Barb Marshall and Bella will be at the Chelsea District Library on Friday, Sept. 15 from 3:30-5 p.m. as the September READ to the library dog kicks off a new school year
Parents can call the library to sign up for a 10-minute time slot to read one-on-one to Bella. She is looking forward to seeing lots of young readers.
