Looking for something cool to do on Sunday?

Check out “Strange Creatures of the Spring Pond” on Sunday, April 21  from 2-3 p.m. at the Discovery Center.

Naturalist and oh-so-popular wildlife columnist for Chelsea Update Tom Hodgson will introduce you to many fascinating and little-known creatures – from delicate damselflies to ferocious diving beetles.

You will also learn how to find these creatures yourself and to “Pour-a-Pond” of your own.

The cost is $2 per person or $5 for a family.

The Gerald E. Eddy Discovery Center is located on 17030 Bush Road in Sylvan Township.

Advance registration requested at 734-475-3170.
