Naturalist and popular Chelsea Update columnist Tom Hodgson will introduce you to Michigan’s turtles during a presentation titled “Nature’s Tank, The Turtle” at the Discovery Center on Sunday, June 9 from from 2-3 p.m.
You’ll learn about Michigan’s turtles with several live specimens for you to observe. Discover turtle biology and life cycles as well as what to do when turtles are encountered in the wild.
The cost for the program is $2 per person or $5 for a family.
The Discovery Center is located at 17030 Bush Road in Sylvan Township.
