Summer blood drive season is upon us and there are two Chelsea opportunities, one in July and one in August to donate.
On Thursday, July 16, from 7 a.m.-.7 p.m., a blood drive will take place at the First United Methodist Church. Donors can schedule an appointment at www.redcrossblood.org and select sponsor code CCBD.
The Chelsea District Library will host a blood drive on Wednesday, Aug. 5, from 1-7 p.m., in the McKune Room. Go to www.redcrossblood.org, select sponsor code chelsealibrary.
