The event, which includes deep fried bananas foster with a caramel sauce & vanilla ice cream for dessert will celebrate a festival that’s rich in history, tradition and great food. No need to go to New Orleans, because New Orleans is coming to you.
There will be a creole menu along with family-friendly Mardi Gras fun including a live band and a presentation on the origins and traditions of the Mardi Gras festival by Kathy Gunderson.
