The City of Chelsea is currently experiencing 7-digit phone line problems and the number of available lines has been drastically limited.
According to an advisory from the Chelsea Police Department, if you have an urgent matter and need to reach the police department but cannot get through, please dial 911.
A tech is on the way and the city will send an update when the problem has been resolved.
