Hundreds of visitors enjoyed perfect fall weather and attended the Waterloo Area Historical Society‘s Pioneer Day 2013 on Sunday, Oct. 13.
It was the first time I’d been there and I was charmed by the amazing homestead, entertained by the musicians, and educated by the craftsmen and the docents.
I only wish I’d had the time to go on the wagon ride, but I’ll have something to look forward to next year.
