The Chelsea Farmers Market features close to a dozen vendors every Wednesday, including Lutchka Angus and Farm Market from Grass Lake.
Joan and Dave Lutchka grow a variety of vegetables on their farm as well as raising purebred Angus breeding cattle. They also have a roadside market located at their farm.
Visit their stand at the Wednesday market where you’ll find seasonal farm produce such as tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, and onions.
You’ll also find seasonal fruits at the Wednesday market including blueberries, cherries, peaches and raspberries, along with cheeses and baked goods, honey, and soy candles.
The MacDonald Brothers will be the featured entertainment at Wednesday’s market. At the kids’ booth, vegetable sculptures will be the subject.
The market is located at the Chelsea State Bank parking lot at the intersection of M-52 and Old US12 and runs from 2-6 p.m.
These are the Wednesday vendors, though not every vendor is guaranteed to be there.
