It’s a holiday week, and July 3 is a great time to visit the Wednesday Chelsea Farmers Market.
The market runs from 1-5 p.m. in the Chelsea State Bank parking lot at the intersection of M-52 and Old US 12.
Whether you need a gift or a piece of jewelry for yourself, stop by Saadiq and Stacey Murray’s stand, Hankra Jewelry.
They sell earrings, bracelets, necklaces and rings made out of your choice of copper or sterling silver. The Murrays offer a good choice of designs and also take design requests.
In addition to jewelry, you’ll find pottery at the Wednesday market along with numerous fresh produce vendors, bakers, and more.
You can also buy fresh eggs, cheese, and meats.
Among the vendors at this season’s Wednesday market are Jacob’s Fresh Farm Shares, K’s Acres, Needle Lane Farm, Pregitzer Farm, Bordine Farms, Golden Fleece Farms, Marks Farm, Kapnick Orchards, Affeathermations, LA Baguette, Stone Hearth Bakery, Awakened Provisions, Sweet & Salty (cookies), Smellz So Good (candles), and Jam Man.
