Large numbers of Sandhill Cranes can be seen in parts of the Waterloo Recreation Area through late November.
Visitors to the Eddy Discovery Center may pick up free maps to the best fall color routes and crane viewing areas around the Waterloo Recreation Area.
A film “The Sandhill Crane Story” will be shown on request.
