More than 160 people took part in the annual Chelsea Senior Center Thanksgiving dinner on Nov. 22.

The delicious Thanksgiving meal (with all the fixings) was prepared by the Chelsea School District Food Services staff.

“Special thanks to our Board of Directors, Chelsea Kiwanis, Bill Harmer, Service First HomeCare, and many volunteers who helped serve the meal with good cheer,” said Trinh Pifer, executive director of the senior center.

“A big thanks to the Cole Family for their sponsorship of this annual event and for all they do to support the community throughout the year,” she said.

The Senior Center Christmas lunch is scheduled for Friday, Dec. 20 at noon, and is sponsored by the Mitchell Family. Call the senior center at 475-9242 to reserve your spot.
