In case you missed the first announcement, the Chelsea Education Foundation is putting the finishing touches on this year’s fundraiser CEF Presents: The Heart of Chelsea Gala 2013, which takes place on Feb. 9 beginning at 6 p.m. at the Village Conference Center at the Comfort Inn.

Plus, here’s a list of just some of the raffle items and this year, there is a pre-sale raffle. Winners need not be present to win, says Aubree Shemwell, president of the CEF.
She says tickets are on sale now for $10 each or 3 tickets for $25, and they can be purchased through the RSVP, Back to the Roots or at Gemini Salon.
The dinner includes filet mignon, a cash bar, music, dancing, and both a live and a silent action.
