The Chelsea Lions Club is planning a charity bowling event to benefit the Penrickton Center for Blind Children as well as the club at Chelsea Lanes on Saturday, Feb. 9 at 1 p.m. beginning with an 11 a.m. check-in.
There will be door prizes, a 50/50, free pizza and pop and lots of bowling. Entry per team in $35 and bowling begins at 1 p.m. The first door prize drawings begin at noon.
You can register in advance (and receive two free tickets for a High Performance bowling ball) or on the day of the event, and there are two bowlers per team. One must be under 18 years old and the other must be over 18 years old. The teams will bowl four games, but only three game scores will count.
