The Chelsea Wellness Center will host a fitness fair on Saturday, Oct. 6 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the center at 14800 East Old US-12.
There will be fitness tips from pros, exercise demonstrations, chair massages, blood pressure screenings, tours, prize drawings and refreshments.
And, for people who join the center during the fair, there will be a free 1-hour massage or a personal training session.
Also, for those who decide to join through Nov. 2, enrollment is free, although monthly dues still apply.
You’ll get a free fitness assessment, a personalized exercise program, have a chance to work out in a state-of-the-art fitness center with highly trained staff who provide personal service and support.
