James “Andy” Andrew Sanders died Friday morning, July 19, 2019 at Arbor Hospice Residence in Saline.
He was born and named James Andrew Sanders on March 29, 1971 at the old St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor. His mother Linda Sanders Allen of Grand Haven, Mi and father Gordon L Sanders of Pentwater, MI both survive him.
Andy had two hometowns: Holland, MI, where he spent his childhood, and Chelsea, where he lived for over 25 years. He made lifelong friends in both communities and in the restaurants where he worked. He was a long-time employee at the Common Grill in Chelsea.
Family and friends are invited to visitation and celebration of Andy’s life at Cole Funeral Chapel in Chelsea on Monday, July 22, 2019, from 5 to 8 p.m.
