Ronald E. Bollet of Collierville, TN, formerly of Chelsea, 88, passed away on March 22, 2017 in Collierville, TN.
He leaves behind to mourn his death and celebrate his life – his wife of 33 years Eva Bollet, 2 brothers and wives, Charles and Marty Bollet, Robert and Ann Bollet, 6 children and spouses, Lance and Cathy Bollet, Faye and Tim Frederick, Mike and Jean Policht, Mark Policht, Roger and Ingrid Policht and Jeff and Dawn Policht.
Proud of his family he also leaves behind 31 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren and 8 granddogs.
Ronald was also proud of his “Butler Special” Soap Box Derby, becoming an Eagle Scout, and his 3 years of service in the U.S. Army. He served as president and lead vocalist for the Miss America Northeast Indiana Preliminary Pageant, choir member at Sunnycrest United Methodist Church and Auburn Presbyterian Church.
He was retired from DANA Corp after 36 years as Plant Manager in Hillsdale and Chelsea and Olive Branch, MS.
Memorial Services will be held at his home, 1080 Yorktown Road in Collierville, TN on May 6 at 2 p.m. and at Sunnycrest United Methodist Church in Marion, IN on May 20 at 10 a.m. followed by burial in Serenity Estates in Marion, IN.
