ATA Martial Arts, one of the newest businesses in Chelsea, and the newest member of the Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce, held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday night, April 17.
The business owners, Dan and Brandy Righter, also offered visitors a glimpse at a class in progress inside the new space before the ceremony.
