Chelsea Area Festivals and Events (CAFE) recently announced that Rick Taylor -Reinhart Realtors will be the presenting sponsor for the 2020 Sounds and Sights summer concert series.

Now in its 16th season, Sounds & Sights on Thursday Nights kicks off on June 4 and runs every Thursday night through Aug. 13 These open-air concerts are known for their variety of music, dance, comedy, film, and family entertainment.

In addition to the 11-week schedule, a two-day Sounds & Sights Festival will take place on July 24 and 25, which includes a classic car show, kid-zone, art market, live music, and social tent. The festival, now in its 44th year, helps raise funds necessary to support the free Sounds & Sight Thursday Nights’ concert series.

“As with all non-profit events, fundraising is an essential part of Sounds & Sights,” commented CAFE sponsorship coordinator, Maureen Perdomo in a press release. “Rick has continued to be a generous sponsor over the years, and we are excited he is returning as the Presenting Sponsor again this year.”

“Sounds & Sights on Thursday Nights is one of my family’s favorite things to do in the summer. I feel lucky to be a part of Sounds & Sights and can’t wait for this summer,” said Reinhart Realtor, Rick Taylor.

In its annual sponsorship drive, CAFE reaches out to community partners to help keep events free to the public. “These events would not be possible without the support of so many in the community and the financial investment of over 100 sponsors,” said Perdomo.

There are several sponsor levels still available for businesses, individuals, and families. Sponsorship packets are available online at www.chelseafestivals.com/sponsors, or by calling Maureen Perdomo at 734-223-2138.

Sponsorships must be received by April 1, 2020, to be included in marketing collateral.

Chelsea Area Festivals and Events is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, and all sponsorships/donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. All proceeds will go to support Sounds & Sights on Thursday Nights in downtown Chelsea.
