As the month of July comes to a close, the Chelsea Farmers Markets have only just begun to sell a huge variety of locally harvested fruits and vegetables.

Come visit the market Saturday at Palmer Commons, which runs from 8 a.m.-1 p.m.

Here is some of the fresh produce you’ll find: corn, tomatoes, zucchini, squash, eggplant, greens, cucumbers, potatoes, peaches, apples, cantaloupe, and blueberries.

You’ll also find herbs and flower bouquets, as well as fresh eggs, cheeses, honey, and granola.

Locally baked breads, cakes, and cookies will also be for sale.

To learn more about what to expect each week at the farmers markets, visit the website at www.chelseafarmersmkt.org, visit the Chelsea Farmers Market Facebook page, or e-mail [email protected].
