Students from the Chelsea-Shimizu Exchange program arrived in Chelsea and painted the rock.
Chelsea families were very happy to welcome Shimizu visitors to our town. It was a beautiful, sunny, and warm afternoon, perfect for painting the rock, having an Easter egg hunt, and eating ice cream.
