It’s official.
The 82nd edition of the Chelsea Community Fair has begun with the traditional ribbon cutting by the 2018 Chelsea Community Fair Queen Madison Brodeur surrounded by Chelsea Mayor Melissa Johnson, some of the fair board members and this year’s fair queen candidates.
