Craig Watson, a regular diner at Pancho Villa restaurant, was the winner of the Halloween iPad give-away held on Oct. 31. The restaurant held a special contest on Halloween.
In addition, Tuesdays are kids eat free nights. So, if an adult purchases a meal, a child gets a free meal from the children’s menu free.
