The Chelsea Community Cares group will have a special meeting with Chelsea Police Chief Ed Toth Thursday, Feb. 16 at 7 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
The group will also meet on Sunday, Feb. 19 from 1-3 p.m. at the Chelsea Wellness Center.
